Fiesta Pack for Tailgating and Small Parties

Serves 10-12 Mexican food lovers. A quick catering solution for fun gatherings.

12 carnitas tamales, 12 loaded chicken soft tacos, 2 pints house made salsa (spicy and traditional), 1 large bag of corn chips, and 1 gallon of pre-mixed Taléo signature Margaritas. $100.

Taco Bar - $15 per person plus tax and set up

Slow roasted beef rib meat, oven-roasted chicken and grilled vegetables with flour and corn tortillas, cilantro lime rice, Mexican rice, frijoles charros and black beans. Included salsas: chile de arbol, roasted spicy salsa, pico de gallo, all served with fresh chips. Included condiments: sour cream, shredded jack cheese and shredded cabbage.

Torta Platter – starting at $80 plus tax and setup – Serves 8-10

Variety of signature tortas including Crispy Chicken Sandwich, Grilled Fish Sandwich and Carnitas Torta. To these you may add salad, side dishes and dessert from our complete à la carte menu.
